Experience the animals

In Jyllands Park Zoo we have more than 350 animals spread over 70 species. From small rainforest frogs to lions and giraffes.

Several of the species are part of the European breeding cooperation, which helps to ensure a healthy stock of animals in Europe. Many of the species are endangered in the wild, so we help maintain a reserve stock, which can be set back in the wild if necessary.

The breeding work is managed by experts who work with reserves and nature conservation projects.

Do you want to get close to the animals and experience a day as a zookeeper? Then try our activity zookeeper for a day - Where there is a guarantee of good memories.
